Quality Time With Jade

I’ll be honest - if Jade had to pick between her mother or her father, she would be her mom probably 70% of the time. Its not because I’m a terrible dad or Andrea’s a better mom (but she is, really), its because Andrea is Jade’s world from 8-5 and, most nights, beyond. I actually love the fact that they are so close.
However, there are some things that are special to only me and Jade. For example, she loves watching football with Daddy (although now she is lumping whatever I’m watching on TV as “sports” in general). She loves playing soccer outside with Daddy. She loves looking at herself in the mirror with Daddy. Not until recently, though, did she love “playing” PS2 with Daddy.
For those of you that are parents, you know already that its the simplest things in life, especially with your kids, that make all the difference and create a connection. I am growing more and more in love with my little girl each day, and encounters like the one captured above make it even easier to do so.
Jadyn loves being with Daddy.

Too cute, bro! All this time I’ve been wanting my wife to “watch” me play some sort of video game and call it quality time! Maybe I just need to get a daughter?

Too funny man. Although, at least your wife can play with you. It look us 5 minutes to get through the set up because Jade continued to hit the “x” button over, and over, and over, and over….
Thanks man. I’m still trying to make it my own. I think that will be my project while vegging during vacation. I’m not a big fan of the comment section and the overall text/font layout….keep checking it out because I’m sure it will change very soon!
